Bayfront Engineering is a boutique structural engineering firm, based in Newark, DE, specializing in forensic investigations. Founded by Andrew Fulton, we specialize in providing clients with structural inspections/investigations. Bayfront Engineering was opened to provide a personal touch for structural engineering services to clients rather than go to large cooperate firms.

Andrew Fulton
President / Owner
Andrew Fulton is the Owner and President of Bayfront Engineering. Mr. Fulton has lived his entire life in the state of Delaware. Mr. Fulton received his BSCE from the University of Delaware. For most of his career Mr. Fulton was on the water performing topside and underwater inspections on various structures throughout the USA. He is a certified bridge inspector and commercial diver. He specializes in forensic inspections or various structures. Mr. Fulton is a registered Professional Engineer in Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
